Project Description

The Vital link Secure Mobile Messenger allows users to securely share information collaboratively from their mobile devices, tablets, desktop or laptops for quicker response and issue resolution. Vital Link eliminates the need for carrying multiple devices and supports broadcast communications, database integration, and closed-loop tracking and reporting for critical healthcare, government, and business communications.

Vital Link follows HIPAA rules and regulations giving clinicians the power to collaborate across various channels from a single device without risk of HIPAA infringement. Fully encrypted communication between Vital Link users as well as out of network guests. Vital Link also supports:

* Securely share photos, video, audio and file attachments within a conversation
– Guaranteed message delivery with tracking through Wi-Fi or cellular networks
– Multi-media messaging and integration into existing IT systems
– Compatible with iOS, Android, Blackberry and Spectralink smartphones and tablets

Our Role

We worked with stakeholders on the design of version 1 of this application, and have helped on subsequent versions up until today (V4.2.2). Over that time we have worked with the team at Mutare to integrate countless new features and always tried to bring user first thinking and design to the product.

We were responsible for working with the team and developing workflows and UI/UX designs on this project.
